Product Verification: If your refund request is for a damaged or incorrect product, our team will verify the information you provided and, if necessary, request additional details.
Refund Approval: Once we have received all the necessary information, we will confirm the approval of the refund via email. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days from confirmation.


3. Additional Conditions


No Physical Returns: It is not necessary to physically return the product. Once approved, the refund will be issued directly to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Times: The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method provider.
