Can I exchange a product for another?
No. We do not handle product exchanges. We only offer a refund for the purchase upon return of the item in optimal condition.

You will receive a code via email to check the status of your order.

How should I wash and maintain the purchased items?
Each item comes with a label containing washing instructions. We encourage you to follow them carefully to preserve the quality and durability of the item.
Are the fabrics resistant to frequent washing?
Yes. Our items are made with selected materials to ensure durability and maintain their shape even after multiple washes, provided that the indicated instructions are followed.
